From Original ESA JD Tasks: • Support on specific financial viability audit/tasks, on the basis of detailed reviews carried out on the company’s financial data; including: • Analysis of companies’ financial viability and co-funded capacity • Analysis of business plans. • Search for relevant information through various sources (e.g. ORBIS, Internet) concerning entities that are being assessed/audited • Support in the day-to-day audit activities, including preparing concise and accurate documentation (e.g. draft audit reports), analysis of data, collection of information, and reporting including: • Preparation of dashboards, statistics and KPIs of the service requests to the team • Regular inputs and exports of data into the databases and tools. • Search, extraction, verification and publication of inflation and price statistics data. • Contribute to potential changes of the IT tools by supporting the development, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced functionalities. This may include gathering and clarifying user requirements, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), providing feedback to improve usability, and assisting with troubleshooting or issue resolution during the deployment of IT tool updates.
